The issue

We saw that most suitable protein concentrates were too expensive.
In addition, the industry had become accustomed to typical issues of unreliable ingredient quality and supply.
What
we did
The origins of Empyreal 75 began with thinking about how we could use our experience in the protein space to solve some of the biggest challenges facing the aquaculture industry.
That thinking led to an innovative, concentrated plant-based protein that delivered a low-cost, high-protein solution. It had excellent binding and extrusion properties and was also sustainable.
