The origins of Empyreal 75 began with thinking about how we could use our experience in corn wet-milling to solve some of the biggest challenges facing the aquafeed industry. The result was the unique, concentrated plant-based protein that delivered a low-cost, high-protein solution, with excellent binding and extrusion properties — that was also sustainable.
